All orders are shipped within 7 days of receipt and we will ship using a tracking number. Most packages will be sent via United States Postal Service. If you wish to have an item sooner, you can contact us at email@example.com and request an expedited shipping method. You will be charged additional postage for this service, but we can honor this in most cases.
You will also be able to choose expedited services at the time of your order placement. However, we cannot guarantee delivery due to the COVID delays and the upcoming holiday season. We will do our best to provide updates and cut-off dates.
Customized or Personalized items take a little longer to produce and will ship generally within 14 days of receipt of the order, but in most cases, we push our team to get items completed and on their way to you as soon as possible.
By using a shipping method that provides tracking, we will send you the tracking number once your order has been completed and prepared for shipping. We log the tracking number in and you will receive an email that shows the tracking number. You can track the package all the way to your front door. In the event a package is not delivered, we can use the tracking method to locate the package.
